Compensation & Incentives Starting salary

$45,000+, with incentive bonuses Higher salaries available based on experience Bonus for completing FCT certification within one year Increased pay for prior Family Centered Treatment (FCT) experience

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and/or adolescents in the mental health field Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, or related) No prior FCT experience required — we provide support and training
