Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions. Coordinate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Support clients in engaging in social and recreational activities. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in home care or related field preferred. Experience in home care or caregiving is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and assist clients as needed. Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others. Background check and drug screening may be required. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
