Document care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors. Transport clients to appointments and social activities as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide is a plus. Previous experience in home care or a similar role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lift and assist clients as necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Background check and drug screening required.
