The Registered Nurse will assess, plan, and implement psychiatric and behavioral nursing care for older adults in a structured environment. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and supervise Behavioral Health Technicians to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania RN license, CPR certification, and have 3 to 5 years of behavioral health nursing experience. A degree from an accredited nursing program is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Our Older Adult Program serves individuals with serious mental illness (SMI) who require long term, structured care in a supportive clinical environment. We provide a safe, stigma free setting that addresses both behavioral health and nursing needs through a compassionate, multidisciplinary approach.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Medicine team on a Per Diem basis. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement psychiatric and behavioral nursing care for individuals in a structured, therapeutic environment. You will work closely with clinical leadership and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality, person centered care.
Work Environment This role is fully onsite within a behavioral health treatment setting. The position requires direct patient interaction and the ability to respond to behavioral health needs in a structured clinical environment.
