The Certified Nurse Aide performs direct resident and patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. They assist patients with activities of daily living to help them achieve their highest level of independence.
Candidates must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). The role requires working every other weekend on the night shift.
The Nursing Department on the Manhattan Campus is seeking part time 22.5 hours shift CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team! All CNAs are required to work every other weekend. This opening is for the night shift, 11:30 pm to 7:30 am.
Under the direction and supervision of a licensed nurse, the Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) performs direct resident/patient care, assisting in attaining the highest possible level of functioning in all Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to maximize their independence.
