The Admissions Nurse is responsible for conducting physiological, psychological, and sociological assessments for patients admitted to the psychiatric facility. They also serve as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team to ensure patient safety and provide quality nursing care.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse license in the State of California and possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross. The role requires sound clinical knowledge of psychiatric care, crisis intervention, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
