The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs to develop and implement personalized treatment plans to restore strength and mobility. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families on recovery goals and techniques.
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current state license and CPR certification. Six months of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
