The Case Manager/Group Facilitator will lead psychoeducational and process groups while providing individual support and crisis intervention to clients. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, manage treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma with an SUD Registration Certification or a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience facilitating behavioral or mental health groups and a valid driver's license are required.

This role combines group facilitation and case management, allowing you to build strong connections with clients while supporting their overall treatment journey. You will plan and lead groups, support individual client needs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients are progressing and receiving the appropriate level of care. This position is ideal for someone who is engaging, organized, and passionate about helping others grow in a structured, supportive environment.
Sunday – Thursday|6:00AM - 2:30PM

High School Diploma with Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Registration Certification OR Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field Minimum one (1) year of experience facilitating behavioral health or mental health groups Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
