The Personal Assistant supports assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, assistance with daily living activities, and monitoring health status. They also assist with light housekeeping, laundry, dining services, and resident engagement activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a caring, service-oriented attitude. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and CPR/First Aid certification are preferred.
Supports our assisted living and memory care residents by providing companionship, supportive listening and activities of daily living, i.e. bathing, dressing, feeding, etc. Reporting changes in the health and status of the resident and completing daily data sheets to record progress. Assists residents with memory and performance improvement programs. Light housekeeping and laundry. Assists with dining as needed or directed by leadership team. Assists with activities to keep residents engaged and happy.
Must have a caring heart and willingness to serve others High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred but not required unless state requirement CPR/First Aid, preferred Must be flexible and prepared to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays Experience working with older adults preferred Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities
