Provide home-based casework services to children and families involved with DCS or probation. Conduct parent education, family assessments, and support resource parents to address issues leading to DCS involvement.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree/GED with 4 years of direct casework experience. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, possess a valid Indiana driver's license, and have no felony convictions.

Our Independent contractors work with children and families with a history of abuse and neglect. These are court ordered services offered to children and families who are involved with DCS (CHINS) or probation. Must meet one of the two following requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university High School Degree, GED, or Associates Degree AND at least 4 years of full time employment experience providing direct casework services to children and families that includes providing services to families that need assistance in the protection and care of their children.
