• Early mornings
• Late evenings
• Weekends
• Rotating weekend schedules

These shifts support some of our most vulnerable clients, and we are looking for team members who care deeply about consistency and strong client relationships.

Your Daily Impact

As an HHA/CNA with Community Home Healthcare, you will

• Assist clients with personal care, mobility, bathing, and hygiene.
• Support household tasks such as meal prep and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and help clients remain safe and independent at home.
• Communicate changes in condition to the office promptly.
• Deliver care with dignity, patience, and professionalism.
