The Behavioral Health Technician provides direct patient care and support while implementing treatment plans and managing crisis situations. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate patient recovery.
Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree in a related field preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to perform crisis intervention in a clinical setting are required.
