The Occupational Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in their homes while developing individualized plans of care. They are also responsible for providing therapeutic interventions and completing accurate EMR documentation.
Candidates must hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Georgia and a degree from an accredited OT program. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills are also required for this mobile role.
