The dental assistant will prepare patients for treatments, ensure their comfort, and maintain a clean, well-stocked dental environment. They are also responsible for sterilizing instruments and maintaining accurate patient records.
Candidates must have knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods, along with an understanding of health and safety regulations. Additional certification or training such as OSMA/OA is considered an asset.

Welcome patients in the dental office Prepare patients for treatments or checkups, ensuring their comfort Set up instruments, equipment, and materials needed Sterilize instruments according to regulations Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods Understanding of health & safety regulations Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks like coronal polishing is a plus Excellent communication and people skills Additional certification or training is an asset (e.g., OSMA/OA) Spanish Speaker huge plus
