The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of an RN to ensure patient safety and program delivery. They provide direct supervision to patients while maintaining a respectful and dignified environment.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and obtain CPR and de-escalation certification within 30 days of hire. One year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred.

Responsible for supporting the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN, by ensuring that the schedule/program is consistently delivered, patients are supervised, that safety is maintained, and patients and guests are treated with respect and dignity.
