The Direct Support Professional provides one-on-one support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and community. Responsibilities include assisting with independent living skills, facilitating community participation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in I/DD behavioral support and possess a high school diploma or GED. A valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background clearance are required.
