The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to the executive team and office operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and inventory management. They also assist the HR department with new hire processes and ensure the efficient daily functioning of the office environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat is required, along with a valid driver's license.
Responsible for helping out throughout the company with various work tasks as deemed necessary. The Administrative Assistant reports into the Executive Team. This individual is responsible for assisting management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks and providing professional assistance.
