The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. They are also responsible for documenting care, answering call lights, and reporting any changes in a resident's condition.
Candidates must be a State Tested Nursing Assistant or be willing to complete a state-approved training program and exam within four months. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with a compassionate and team-oriented mindset.
State Tested Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant performs direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
A high school diploma or equivalent preferred. Is already a State Tested Nurse Aide or will successfully complete and pass a State approved Nurse Aide training program and competency exam within four months of date of hire.
