The role involves performing X-Ray and Fluoroscopic imaging while assisting with clinical and clerical tasks to support orthopedic patient care. Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting vital signs, documenting in EMR, and assisting with pre/post-operative care.
Candidates must hold a degree in Radiologic Technology and possess or be eligible for ARRT certification and Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety licensure. Relevant experience as an X-ray technician is required, with orthopedic experience considered a plus.
We are expanding our Genesis clinical team and seeking a full-time Radiologic Tech/Medical Assistant. This role primarily involves X-Ray and Fluoroscopic imaging to assist in diagnosing injuries. In addition, the position includes clinical and clerical tasks.
Degree in Radiologic Technology.
Certification by the ARRT within 6 months of hire and Illinois Department of Nuclear Safety licensure required.
