To accomplish this mission, we've reinvented the care delivery model, trying different ideas until we discovered a blueprint for delivering the high-quality care our reputation was known for, while also making the prices more ethical and affordable. We're honored to report that, after much work, 75% of our patient base is Medicaid-eligible patients, and we were recently included on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list, making us one of the fastest-growing privately held businesses in the United States. We were able to accomplish these both in tandem by combining a deep clinical expertise with a clear-eyed administrative rethink about how we deliver care – all while remaining passionate about the mission and our patients.
If you’re looking for a place with more autonomy (where you operate at the top of your license), a strong mission and culture, and an opportunity to serve the underserved, we’d love to consider you for the team!
