The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing the physical, psychosocial, and self-care needs of patients. They function as part of an interdisciplinary team and participate in facility and department meetings.
Candidates must hold an Associate Degree and a current NYS RN license. A minimum of one year of experience in acute care, mental health, or chemical dependency nursing is required, along with current CPR certification.

Conifer Park is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team in Troy, NY. The RN is responsible for assessing physical, psychosocial, spiritual, self-care, environmental, and discharge planning needs of patients. Our Registered Nurses function as part of an interdisciplinary team and participate in facility and department meetings.
$2,000 after completion of the orientation period, $2,000 after six (6) months of continuous employment, and $4,000 after one (1) years of continuous employment.
Associates Degree, Current NYS RN License with a minimum of 1 year experience in acute care/mental health/chemical dependency nursing, Experience conducting physical assessments and current CPR certification.
