The Direct Support Professional will provide hands-on care, assist with activities of daily living, and facilitate community participation for individuals. They are also responsible for medication administration, health monitoring, and meal preparation to support the independence of those served.
Candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma and a valid driver's license, though these are preferred rather than strictly required. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
