Description of Work Central Regional Hospital is currently recruiting for a Clinical Social Worker in the Psychosocial Treatment Department. The primary purpose of this position is to provide group therapy for adult patients primarily, as well as to children and adolescent patients, if needed. This position reports directly to the PST Psychology/SW/Creative Arts Supervisor to ensure that the treatment components are clinically sound, evidence based, and meet hospital and departmental clinical objectives and standards. This position may also be required to supervise social work students and/or volunteers performing work or service during group treatments and will be required to be in direct observation of these students/volunteers during these activities. This position will participate in specialized activities to enhance patients’ well-being and treatment. This position may function as a liaison to a patient care unit, participate in treatment team planning, and complete patient enrollment in preferred groups. Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences Salary Grade Range: $52,592.00 - $93,036.00 A Sign-on bonus of $5,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval. To qualify for the Sign-on Bonus, a newly hired permanent full-time or permanent part-time employee must work 30 to 40 hours per week to be eligible.
