The Medical Technologist performs essential laboratory tests on patient samples to assist in diagnosis and treatment. They are also responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring accurate documentation of results within the electronic health record system.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related field and possess current certification as a Medical Technologist. A strong understanding of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and the ability to operate complex medical equipment are required.
