• RN Charge Nurse PRN Days Med Surg Inpatient Surgical GI GU Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Position Highlights: Work location: Texas Health Fort Worth, 1304 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104 Work environment: BU GI GU Surgical Unit Work hours: PRN Days as needed Department Highlights: Justin 4 – GI GU Surgical Unit Justin 4 is a 36‑bed surgical unit that will care for colorectal, gastrointestinal, and urology surgery patients.
• On August 10, the unit will initially open with 20 beds, with plans to expand to the full 36 beds later in the year.
• Patients may be admitted pre‑ or post‑operatively, with an average length of stay of approximately five days.
• RN staffing ratio: 1:4 PCT staffing ratio: 1:12 Positions require 12‑hour shifts with rotating weekends and holidays.
• Team members may be placed on call for regularly scheduled shifts in response to census fluctuations.
