The Residential Counselor supports group home residents with daily living activities and helps them achieve goals outlined in their Individual Rehabilitation Plans. Responsibilities include medication education, accurate documentation in electronic health records, and transporting consumers as needed.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of education and experience totaling four years. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. This role requires driving as an essential function. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be subject to post-offer verification of driving eligibility consistent with company insurance requirements.
Use of Company Van as needed to transport consumers.
