Therapists manage a caseload of clients with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, providing evidence-based treatment and treatment planning. They conduct individual and group therapy sessions for adults in an office-based setting as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field and possess a valid professional license or be under supervision. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various locations are also required.
$82K+ annual salary for licensed Therapists/Counselors!
$72K+/year for Therapists/Counselors under supervision.

In this role
This position does not require on-call availability. Therapists in this position carry a caseload of Seriously Mentally Ill and Co-Occurring Disorder clients and provide Evidence Based Treatment and Treatment Planning services to individuals on caseload. Therapists provide individual and Group services to adults 18 and over in an office-based setting.
