Provide one-on-one and group peer support to individuals recovering from mental health and substance use challenges using lived experience. Assist clients in developing recovery plans, navigating healthcare systems, and connecting with community resources.
Must be a high school graduate with lived experience as a recipient of mental health services and experience working with adults with mental illness. Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain PRSS and Case Manager I certifications.
$2,000 yearly Crisis Program Premium | $19/hr starting payrate!

As a Peer Recovery Support Specialist, you will use your lived experience with mental health and/or substance use recovery to provide hope, support, and guidance to individuals in the recovery process. You will work as part of an integrated care team to deliver peer-based recovery support, helping individuals develop recovery goals, navigate treatment services, and connect with community resources.
• Must be a high school graduate or have HS equivalent
• Specialized experience as a recipient of mental health services for mental illness and experience working with adults with mental illness
This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing.
