Salary
$82,000 / YEAR
Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy and treatment planning for adults with complex mental health and substance use challenges. Partner with a walk-in clinic to conduct intakes, safety planning, and crisis services within a CCBHC model of care.
Requires a master's degree in social work or equivalent and licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC (or be under supervision). Must have a valid driver's license and experience in mental health assessment and therapy.
$82K annual salary + $8K First yr. bonus for licensed Therapists/Counselors!
$72K annual salary + $5K First yr. bonus if under licensure supervision!

In this role
This position does not require on-call availability. Therapists in this position carry a caseload of Seriously Mentally Ill and non-SMI clients and provide Evidence Based Treatment and Treatment Planning services to individuals on caseload. Therapists provide individual and Group services to adults 18 and over in an office-based setting. In addition to providing ongoing therapy Therapists in this program partner with our walk-in clinic to provide intakes, treatment plan updates, safety planning and crisis services.

You will be working in an innovative and dynamic environment using a new transformative model of care Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This model is characterized by innovative, team-based approach and whole person care for adults and children with a range of complex mental health and substance use challenges.
