The RN Care Manager provides integrated nursing and case management services to individuals with behavioral health and medical needs. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, administering medications, and coordinating care with treatment teams.
Candidates must have an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a minimum of 36 months of professional nursing experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment. A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred, along with relevant experience.
The RN Case Manager delivers integrated nursing and case management services for individuals with behavioral health, substance use, and medical needs. This role provides assessments, direct nursing care, care coordination, and health education while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community providers to support continuity of care, recovery, and improved health outcomes.
This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children’s Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
