The Technologist is responsible for performing Fluoroscopy and General X-ray procedures to ensure optimal diagnostic image quality while providing excellent patient care through efficient and safe processes. Essential duties include preparing X-ray rooms, performing various imaging exams, processing orders, and communicating reports to referring physicians' offices.
Candidates should be graduates of a 24-month radiologic technologist program and ideally possess National certification in Radiologic Technology, along with extensive knowledge of all Fluoroscopy exams. Required skills include computer proficiency in EMR/PACS, strong problem-solving abilities, detail orientation, and strict adherence to HIPAA regulations.
