The Occupational Therapist will evaluate residents and create individualized treatment plans to help them maintain independence in activities of daily living. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for resident-centered care and documenting progress according to standards are also key responsibilities.
Candidates must have an active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license and strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. A passion for working with older adults in assisted living is essential, along with dependability and a team-oriented mindset.
