The Ophthalmic Technician will conduct patient interviews, document histories, and perform various diagnostic tests. They will also ensure patient charts are updated and demonstrate knowledge of eye anatomy and ocular medications.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and medical/healthcare experience. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of eye anatomy and ocular medications, with COA certification being a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent. Medical/Healthcare experience required. Demonstrated working knowledge of eye anatomy, diseases, and ocular medications preferred. COA is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Eagerness to learn and grow. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
