The Direct Service Respite Provider supports children with disabilities by providing care in homes or community settings to offer families a planned break. Responsibilities include following a Respite Plan, managing child behavior, and maintaining accurate daily logs.
Candidates must be able to pass comprehensive background checks, including DMV, CPS, APS, and criminal history screenings. They are expected to adhere to agency policies and attend all required training and supervision meetings.
