The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct, hands-on nursing care to patients in their homes according to individualized care plans. Responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, performing clinical treatments, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Candidates must be graduates of an approved Practical Nursing program and hold a current LPN license in the state of practice. A valid CPR certification (BLS) is required, and previous home health or clinical nursing experience is preferred.
