Practice Medicine With Heart Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Role in Crescent City, CA | $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Location: Crescent City, California Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours/week Compensation: $160,000 to $200,000 plus incentive bonus, depending on experience. Potential to earn up to $300,000 annually (based on productivity). We are also offering a $100,000 sign-on bonus.

This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant position in an outpatient primary care setting. You’ll manage a reasonable patient flow — approximately 3 patients per hour — supported by an experienced administrative team that handles scheduling and operational tasks. What You’ll Be Doing Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Perform routine physical exams and preventive screenings Prescribe medications and treatments within scope of practice Document patient encounters clearly and responsibly Collaborate with supervising physicians and clinical team members Practice in alignment with established clinical protocols Minimum Requirements Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license — required National Board Certification (AANP or ANCC) Current DEA license 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to patient-centered, mission-driven care Compensation & Benefits $160,000 to $200,000 annually, plus incentive bonus, depending on experience.
