The Clinical Laboratory Scientist will conduct laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, and microbiology while maintaining equipment and quality control standards. They will also analyze data to assist in patient diagnosis and perform phlebotomy duties.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and a valid California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience and a Basic Life Support certificate are also required.
Stallant Health & Wellness is seeking a motivated Clinical Laboratory Scientist to help establish and run a new Moderate Complexity Lab at our Highland, CA Rural Health Clinic. This is a unique opportunity to build something from the ground up while playing a key role in ensuring timely, accurate results for patient care.

Duties: would include:
Conduct clinical laboratory tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and other areas Analyze and interpret data to assist in diagnosis and treatment Set up and Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure quality control standards Phlebotomy Report to the Lab Manager
CLS Bachelor’s degree Valid CLS license in CA Prior 1 to 2 years experience preferred Basic Life Support Certificate
