About Home Care Nurses America (HCNA) Home Care Nurses America (HCNA) provides in-home care services to private clients across the United States.
We support individuals and families by delivering reliable, compassionate care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life in the home setting.
Our caregivers work directly with clients in their homes, offering personalized, one-on-one support tailored to individual needs.
Position Overview We are currently seeking reliable and compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to support private clients across the Greater Boston Metro area.
This role is focused entirely on non-medical, in-home care, providing essential daily living support to clients in residential settings.
Service areas include: Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton Quincy, Medford, Chelsea, Everett Waltham, Framingham, Natick, Needham, Wellesley, Marlborough Lynn, Peabody, Salem, Beverly Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Plymouth You will work one-on-one with clients, supporting their daily routines and helping them remain safe and comfortable at home.
Prior experience as an HHA, PCA, caregiver, or in-home support role preferred HHA certification (preferred but not always required depending on assignment) Ability to work independently in a home care environment Reliable transportation to travel between client homes Ability to pass background screening and credential checks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and compassionate approach to care Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide mobility support and assistance with transfers Support meal preparation and light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support Assist with medication reminders (non-clinical) Maintain a safe and clean home environment Observe and report any changes in client condition to the care team Follow care plans and client preferences at all times W2 employee classification Weekly payroll Flexible scheduling (day, evening, night, and weekend shifts available) One-on-one client assignments Consistent work opportunities across Boston metro Support from a responsive and professional care coordination team Compliance Statement HCNA is an equal opportunity employer.
