The clinician performs psychosocial evaluations and provides psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, maintaining timely documentation, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
A Master's or Doctoral degree in a Behavioral Health field is required, along with a valid independent license (such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts. Preference is given to candidates with 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
