The clinician conducts in-home behavioral assessments and develops treatment plans for families. They are also responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals and completing all required clinical documentation.
Candidates must be bilingual and hold a Master's degree in a human services field along with an active clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMHC). A valid driver's license and experience working with children and adolescents with severe special health care needs are required.

The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible for working with families in-home to complete behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and trainings, and supervise direct treatment. The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician is responsible for completing all required documentation pursuant to ongoing treatment, including, but not limited to the development of treatment methodology and interventions; writing of progress reports; and development of treatment plans. The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will be responsible to guide the staff to ensure the effective implementation of home-based services for our clients.
The Bilingual Home Based HBTS/PASS Clinician will supervise Direct Support Professionals. This position does not provide direct supervision to other clinical staff.

Qualifications: ● Bilingual
● Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related human services field of study
● Active clinical license – LCSW, LICSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMFTA, LMFT
● Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
● Experience working with children and adolescents with moderate to severe special health care needs that experience chronic developmental, cognitive, physical, medical, neurological, behavioral and/or emotional conditions.
● Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours

Salary: ● Starting at $64,000
