The Radiation Therapist is responsible for accurately delivering prescribed radiation treatments and ensuring proper patient positioning and safety. They perform daily quality assurance checks on equipment and maintain detailed treatment records.
Candidates must be ARRT-T certified and a licensed Radiologic Technologist with BCLS certification. A bachelor's degree is indicated, and 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred.

The Radiation Therapist is responsible for accurately delivering prescribed courses of radiation therapy to patients as directed by the Radiation Oncologist. This role ensures proper patient positioning, equipment operation, and monitoring throughout the treatment process. The Radiation Therapist works collaboratively with the clinical team to provide high-quality care, maintain treatment accuracy, and ensure patient safety and comfort during all phases of radiation therapy.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of clinical experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred
Knowledge of radiation physics, treatment planning, and safety protocols. Proficient in operating radiation therapy and simulation equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support patient-centered care. Ability to maintain accurate records and follow detailed treatment protocols. Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards in radiation oncology.
