The Occupational Therapist provides skilled therapy services, including patient evaluations and the development of treatment and discharge plans. They are also responsible for supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants and contributing to case management.
Candidates must be able to adhere to state regulations concerning occupational therapy and maintain positive interactions with patients and staff. The role requires the ability to work across multiple facility settings in South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart.
