Provide safe, age-specific nursing care to trauma patients using the nursing process to optimize health outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective relationship-based care in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
Requires a Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a valid Ohio RN license (or ability to obtain one). BLS Provider Certification from the American Heart Association is mandatory during orientation.
Education Requirements Diploma RN, Associate or Bachelor's Degree of Nursing from an accredited program License & Certification Requirements An Ohio RN license is not required to be considered for this position. If selected to move forward, employment offers may be made contingent on candidate successfully obtaining RN license within time frame discussed at the time of offer acceptance. Current BLS Provider Certification, issued by the American Heart Association, must be obtained during Nursing Orientation.
Education and degree verification will be required upon receiving a job offer.
BSN preferred Prior experience on a related unit or specialty in a practicum, internship or STNA/PCNA/NAII is preferred
