The Registered Nurse provides clinical resources and direct patient care for infusion therapies in home and clinic settings. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, phlebotomy, and coordination with pharmacy staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Candidates must hold an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and a current BLS certification. Experience in infusion therapy, home health, or emergency medicine is preferred.

The Registered Nurse serves as a clinical resource for referral sources and community home health agencies regarding infusion therapies provided by our pharmacy. In accordance with state licensure regulations, the nurse may also deliver direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of infusion therapy in collaboration with the registered pharmacist.
This role includes patient education, physician follow up, coordination with pharmacy staff for scheduling and delivery, and may involve advanced clinical procedures such as PICC line insertion (with appropriate qualifications). The position reports to the Nurse Manager.
