Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to help them achieve personal goals and live independently. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, community transport, and medication administration.
Candidates should preferably have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license held for at least three years. Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass criminal background checks and drug screenings.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with Apis Services, you will be a key player in empowering individuals to achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible. Under the guidance of the Home Supervisor/QIDP, you will support the vision and outcomes outlined in each person's Individual Support Plan (ISP) or Person-Centered Support Plan (PCSP), ensuring their safety and well-being while helping them thrive in their community.
Personal Care: Assist with daily hygiene (when necessary), bathing, dressing, and feeding. Physical Support: Must be able to lift 50-60 lbs as needed. Household Tasks: Prepare meals and cook as required. Community Engagement: Transport individuals within the community. Medication Administration: (for Community Living settings only).
Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
