Assess patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop and adapt personalized treatment plans. Provide support for family members and install necessary equipment in various environments to help patients engage in daily activities.
Candidates must have at least one year of outpatient Occupational Therapy experience. Required qualifications include strong critical thinking, organizational skills, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Minimum Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of outpatient OT experience Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability Compliance/Screening (Pre-Start): Drug screen and background check (facility required) Additional facility onboarding forms as assigned
