Provide intensive in-home family preservation services using the Homebuilders model to prevent out-of-home placement for children. This includes conducting clinical interventions, crisis management, and collaborating with community resources to ensure family stability.
Requires a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, or human services, along with at least two years of experience working with children and families. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and intermediate computer skills are also mandatory.

We are looking for a Homebuilders Preservation Specialist / Case Manager who is looking to make an immediate impact in family's lives.

Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate degree in social work, psychology, human services or related field; or undergraduate degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field.
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Good driving record, vehicle in good condition; automobile liability insurance that meets minimum age requirements.
At least two years’ experience working with children and families.
Requires Intermediate computer skills in typing/keyboarding, Microsoft Word and Excel programs as well as Outlook email
Other duties may be assigned according to qualification of staff and development of programs.
