Nurse

• Description HeartWell Services, LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in providing individualized person-centered support in the area of intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• This field focuses on inclusion and building communities that encourage all to thrive and fully participate in everything our community has to offer.
• As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• This position is responsible for providing medical oversight, training, and counseling for various medical diagnoses and monitoring and coordinating health care services for individuals in residential and community-based settings.
• In this position, you are mainly office-based with travel (within the city limits and surrounding areas) necessary for on-site assessments, team meetings, and appointments (no overnight or out-of-state travel is required).

Nurse's Job Details: Full-time salaried, exempt position Participate in the nursing on-call rotation

Nurse's Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with New Mexico licensure in good standing Effective communication and proficient computer skills Valid driver's license, daily access to a privately maintained, registered and insured vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including background, drug, and driving clearances and verifications.
• One year of nursing experience: intellectual and developmental disability experience preferred
