Join our compassionate team as a pediatric part-Time lpn providing invaluable care to pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes needing alternative schedule options. As a vital member of our homecare agency, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the well-Being and comfort of pediatric patients outside regular scheduled hours. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of families by providing high-Quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of each child.

Responsibilities

• Supervisory Visits and Education in a Patient's Home.
• Re-evaluation of patients’ skilled nursing/PSS needs
• Work autonomously with minimal assistance by the Clinical Manager
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Make decisions based on established policies and procedures
