Conduct thorough client assessments and develop written service plans to help individuals and families overcome interpersonal and environmental challenges. Collaborate with community resources and program staff to monitor progress and handle emergency crisis situations.
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Experience in case management, CADC certification, and bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.

The average starting salary for this position will fall in the range of $40,000 and $46,000 annually. Where candidates fall in this range will be based on skill and experience level.
• Satisfactorily pass all relevant screening and criminal background checks.
• Driving for work required with transportation of clients preferred in a personally owned vehicle.
